Brown also called for a program that addresses drug use within the schools and asked if Narcan is in Adams 12.

Gdowski said there is drug use and the district has applied for funds to create programs around drug addiction. He said Adams12 does have Narcan in their schools.

City Councilor Rich Kondo noted that many teachers have master’s for residents is $70 a month for one gigabit. Two gigabits is $100.

He said students and parents are feeling safer at schools and their perception of School Resource O cers are that they make schools safer.

Leighty asked if there are restorative justice practices in place for behavior. Gdowski said Adams 12 does, but it only goes so far since many of the behavior problems can’t be addressed with restorative justice.

City Councilor Bruce Baker asked when they lay the cables, if they have a plan to x the landscape after they’re nished. Lipner said their policy is to leave the landscape how they found it or better.
