Since 2018, residents of Evergreen and surrounding areas have been connecting with friends and community at Evergreen Bread & Cocktail Lounge and enjoying tasty breakfast fare and avorful lunch choices featuring soups, salads, hot and cold sandwiches, specialty co ees or teas, pastries, and other assorted beverages.

Evergreen Bread & Cocktail Lounge serves breakfast and lunch Tuesdaythrough-Sunday every week from 8:00am-3:00pm. However, in recent months, the restaurant has expanded its hours on ursday, Friday, and Saturday for Happy Hour (beer/wine/cocktails) from 4:00-6:00pm and Evening Service from 4:00-8pm to better serve its customers. In addition, it has added new menu items like scratch-made pastas/ house-made sauces, and other specialty selections. Located in the Bergen Village Shopping Center at 1260 Bergen Parkway this delightful eatery boasts ample parking, comfortable seating, and an open-view bakery where they bake their breads onsite daily from fermented sour dough starter.

“We use some of the world’s oldest varieties of wheat (i.e., spelt, Kamut™, millet, quinoa, amaranth, and te ) in our breads,” said Kris Porter who owns the restaurant with her husband John and her sister-in-law Lisa Perl. “We are committed to selecting the freshest and most avorful ours from local millers specializing in the cultivation of heritage grains.” e restaurant’s warm and welcoming ambience encourages patrons to come together at two large banquet-style tables in the restaurant’s community room where they can enjoy good food and drinks/cocktails while meeting with friends and even making new friends.

Evergreen Bread & Cocktail Lounge (303-862-7993) also o ers take-out, online, and delivery service. A private events space (for up to 30 people) is available for rental or the entire restaurant (75 people maximum) can be rented for parties and/or corporate meetings.
