ArborRx Family Tree Service: Here to Serve You Through Winter’s Snow Season

By Jo Ann M. Colton Special to Lifestyles
With cold temperatures and snowy days sure to be in our weather forecasts for some time to come before winter surrenders to springtime, ArborRx Family Tree Service is happy to announce that its snow removal services can now help you plow through this snowy season with ease.
“We have recently purchased some new equipment and can now o er services to combat or prevent winter ice and snow accumulation,” said Bryan Nash who co-owns and operates his business with his wife Jennifer. “Two popular snow removal strategies are deicing (when snow-melt products are applied to the ground a er the snow has fallen) and anti-icing (also referred to as pre-icing, which is when the products are applied before the snowfall).”
Unlike deicing operations that are performed to break the bond of snow and ice and eliminate the buildup on the roads, anti-icing strategies, along with a plan to transition to deicing as needed, are only e ective as a preventative maintenance measure if there is time for equipment to perform such work before a snowfall. is action not only makes subsequent bonded snow and ice easier to remove, but also it can decrease snow-related accidents, improve road service levels a er the snowfall, and also reduce clean-up costs associated with the storm.
