The ranch-style home, located in the Fox Hill community in Franktown, was also featured in a miniseries on Youtube and Amazon Prime created by House Beautiful, the interior design magazine. The home includes four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, three laundry rooms, five fireplaces and a full “boomer suite” for aging parents, said Nick Nettleton, custom builder for the home and owner of Nicholas Custom Homes. “It was very rewarding to see it all come together,” he said.
Select businesses in Elbert County could qualify for grants to help offset the hardship of COVID-19 restrictions that forced them to either close their doors or greatly reduce the number of customers they could serve. Colorado Senate Bill 20b-001, the COVID-19 Relief Small and Minority Businesses Arts Organizations, allotted $37 million to help restaurants, bars, movie theaters, caterers, and fitness and recreation sports centers.
