It’s a new year, and that means a new list of priorities the Town of Castle Rock hopes to tackle in 2020. Town Manager David Corliss on Jan. 7 highlighted a list of projects that the town staff expects to focus on in the coming year, from equipment upgrades to road construction to boosting water infrastructure.
