NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to § 32-1-204(1), C.R.S., an Amended and Restated Service Plan (the “Service Plan”) for the Buckley Crossing Metropolitan District (the “District”) has been filed with the Clerk for the City of Commerce City, and is available for inspection in the office of the City Manager, 7887 E. 60th Avenue, Commerce City, Colorado.
A public hearing on the Service Plan will be held by the City Council of Commerce City (the “City Council”) on July 19, 2021, at 6:00 p.m., electronically via Zoom or as soon thereafter as the City Council may hear such matter. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the Service Plan and to form a basis for adopting a resolution approving, conditionally approving or disapproving the Service Plan in accordance with § 32-1-204.5, C.R.S. The Painted Prairie Public Improvement Authority (the “Owner”) is accepting sealed bids for the Painted Prairie Town Center Subdivision Filing No. 1 – Earthwork Improvements (“Project”). Sealed Bids for the Painted Prairie Town Center Subdivision Filing No. 1 – Earthwork Improvements will be received by the Authority Engineer (Merrick & Company), at 5970 Greenwood Plaza Boulevard, Greenwood Village, CO 80111, until 10:00 a.m. local time on June 30, 2021. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Painted Prairie Public Improvement Authority endorsed with the name of the Bidder and the Title “Painted Prairie Town Center Subdivision Filing No. 1 – Earthwork Improvements”.
The Project will include approximately: • 20,000 CY of cut to fill and compact • Over excavation of all streets, minimum three (3) feet
Bidding documents can be picked up beginning June 15, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. at the offices of Merrick & Company, 5970 Greenwood Plaza Boulevard, Greenwood Village, Colorado 80111. There will be no charge for the documents. No pre-bid conference is scheduled.
Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60)
calendar days after the Bid date and time. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any errors or irregularities, and to require statements or evidence of Bidders’ qualifications including financial statements. The Owner also reserves the right to extend the Bidding period by Addendum if it appears in its interest to do so.
