NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 38-26-107, C.R.S., as amended, that on March 8, 2023, final settlement will be made by the County of Douglas, State of Colorado, for and on account of a contract between Douglas County and Kraemer North America, LLC for the Titan/ US 85 NB On-Ramp Project, Douglas County Project Number 2021-004, in Douglas County; and that any person, co-partnership, association or corporation that has an unpaid claim against said Kraemer North America for or on account of the furnishing of labor, materials, team hire, sustenance, provisions, provender or other supplies used or consumed by such contractor or any of his subcontractors in or about the performance of said work, or that supplied rental machinery, tools, or equipment to the extent used in the prosecution of said work, may at any time up to and including said time of such final settlement on said 8th day of March, 2023 file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim with the Board of County Commissioners, c/o Director of Public Works Engineering, with a copy to the Project Engineer, Daniel R.
