CITY OF FORT LUPTON REGULATED MARIJUANA APPLICATION PROCESS NOW OPEN

The City of Fort Lupton will be accepting applications for retail and medical marijuana establishments for four sites beginning November 15, 2021. Applications must be submitted to the City Clerk’s Office by 5:00 p.m., December 28, 2021. Only one application per site (unless the site will be used for an allowed co-located business) will be accepted. The Marijuana Licensing Authority will conduct a lottery drawing from among the qualified applications, in a public forum, to determine which applicants will be awarded the opportunity for an available licenses. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Cottonwood Greens Metropolitan District No. 5 (the “District”), County of Weld, State of Colorado, will hold a regular meeting at 11:30 AM on November 23, 2021 for the purpose of conducting such business as may come before the Board. The District’s physical location for regular and special meetings is 7887 E Belleview Ave, Suite 650, Englewood, CO 80111. Pursuant to § 32-1-903 CRS, as amended, the District’s meetings may also be conducted electronically, telephonically or by other virtual means.

FURTHER, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a proposed budget has been submitted to the District for the fiscal year of 2022. A copy of the proposed budget has been filed in the office of Wipfli, LLP, 7887 East Belleview Avenue, Suite 700, Denver, Colorado 80111, where the same is open for public inspection. Such proposed amended budget will be considered at the meeting of the District to be held at 11:30 AM on November 23, 2021. Any interested elector within the District may inspect the proposed budget and file or register any objections at any time prior to the final adoption of the 2022 budget.

Considering the West line of the North ½ of the Northeast ¼ of said Section 33 to bear South 00°30’26” East, being monumented on the North end by a 2 ½” pipe with 3 ¼” aluminum cap, PLS 4846, and on the South end by a ¾” rebar with 2 ½” aluminum cap, PLS 37971, and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto;

Beginning at the North ¼ corner of said Section 33; thence South 00°30’26” East, coincident with the West line of the North ½ of the Northeast ¼ of said section 33, a distance of 1303.10 feet to the Northwest corner of that parcel of land described in Quiet Title order recorded July 7, 2009 as Reception No. 7421046 in the records of the Clerk and Recorder for Weld County, Colorado; thence North 89°36’34” East, coincident with the North line of said parcel, a distance of 122.63 feet to the Northeast corner of said parcel; thence North 01°14’34” West, a distance of 1304.23 feet to the North line of the Northeast ¼ of said Section 33; thence South 89°04’29” West, coincident with said North line, a distance of 105.89 feet to the True Point of Beginning. County of Weld, State of Colorado.
