Hard Bean Coffee shop opened its doors on October 13, ready to serve its roasted beans and ice cream to the Fort Lupton community. “I’m not only excited about the coffee, but I’m also excited about the ice cream. I live close, too,” said Mayor Zo Stieber. “It’s great to see it finally come to fruition for Huy. I know he’s worked so hard for this,” she said. The owners are Huy and Christine Lieu Duong who also owns Dales Pharmacy which is adjoined to the coffee shop.The Dales drive-through pharmacy and coffee shop is located off State Highway 52 and Dales Place.
