On May 10, 2023, BLT Leasing LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“Company”), filed a Statement of Dissolution with the Colorado Secretary of State pursuant to CRS 7-80-802. Therefore, pursuant to CRS 7-90-912, Company hereby provides notice to all persons with claims against Company (“Claimant”) that Claimant must contact Company’s counsel, Northvale Legal, at the address provided below, in writing, stating with specificity the nature of the claim and the relief sought.
