PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there was filed in the District Court in and for the County of Douglas and State of Colorado, on the 6th day of April, 2023, Petitions entitled "In Re the Organization of the Range Metropolitan District No. 1," "In Re the Organization of the Range Metropolitan District No. 2," and "In Re the Organization of the Range Metropolitan District No. 3," which Petitions pray for the organization of metropolitan Districts pursuant to the provisions of Title 32, Article 1, Part 3, Colorado Revised Statutes, as amended. The proposed Districts shall have the power and authority to provide the public improvements as described in the Service Plan as approved by Douglas County, Colorado, by resolution dated April 3, 2023, within and without the boundaries of the proposed Districts as such power and authority is described in the Special District Act, and other applicable statutes, common law and the Constitution, subject to the limitations set forth in the Service Plan and any intergovernmental agreement(s) between the proposed Districts and the County of Douglas, as any or all of the same may be amended from time to time.

The proposed Districts consist of approximately 400 acres located entirely within Douglas County, Colorado. The property included within the proposed Districts is generally located east of Highway 85 and west of N. Daniels Park Road and is entirely within the limits of Douglas County, Colorado. A precise description of the boundaries of the Districts is on file with Douglas County as part of the Service Plan.

No later than ten days before the Court’s public hearing on the Petitions for Organization, the owner of any real property within the proposed Districts may file a petition with the Court stating reasons why said property should not be included in the proposed Districts and requesting that said real property be excluded there from. Such petition shall be duly verified and shall describe the property sought to be excluded. The Court shall hear said petition and all objections thereto at the time of the hearing on the Petitions for Organization and shall determine whether, in the best public interest, said property should be excluded or included in the proposed special Districts.

Stonegate Village Metropolitan District Sanitary Sewer Emergency Bypass – 2023 Douglas County, Colorado

The Stonegate Village Metropolitan District (“SVMD”) requests formal bids for the construction of the Sanitary Sewer Emergency Bypass – 2023. The project is located in Douglas County, Colorado at the southwest corner of Jordan Road and Parkerhouse Road. The improvements consist of approximately 420 feet of 18-inch and 180 feet of 12-inch Sanitary Sewer pipe, 3 precast manholes, 2 cast-in-place manholes, an inside drop manhole, traffic control, bypass pumping, and associated GESC items.

Sealed proposals will be received for the Sanitary Sewer Emergency Bypass – 2023 via U.S. mail or dropped off at the offices of Mulhern MRE, Inc., 188 Inverness Drive West, Suite 140, Englewood, Colorado 80112 until 2:00 pm local time, June 2nd, 2023 and then will be publicly opened and read.

All bids must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids will be accepted only from qualified contractors that have demonstrated experience in the construction of projects of this type.

Bid documents will be available May 1st, 2023 at the offices of Mulhern MRE, Inc., 188 inverness Drive West, Suite 140, Englewood, Colorado 80112. Contact Jordan Blue at (303) 649-9857 to obtain copies of the Contract Documents. Electronic copies of the Contract Documents will be provided free of charge to qualified bidders.

Hard copies of the Contract Documents can be provided upon request at a non-refundable charge of $200 per copy. Checks for Contract Documents should be made payable to: Stonegate Village Metropolitan District.

It is anticipated that the Notice of Award will be issued on or about June 16th, 2023. The project shall start as soon as practical or about July 24th, 2023, and the entire project must be substantially complete no later than September24th, 2023.

Substantial completion shall consist of the tie in to Jordan Road being completed through manhole SSMH-3. It is anticipated that the final completion shall be October 24th, 2023, and will consist of the removal of all initial and interim GESC items.

The successful bidder will be required to furnish payment and performance bonds and comply with all insurance provisions specified in the project documents. A five percent (5%) bid bond will be required and must accompany the bid.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site at 11:00 am, May 22nd, 2023.

SVMD reserves the right to waive any irregularities or technical defects in the bidding process so as the best interests of SVMD may be served. SVMD also reserves the right to reject any and all Bids.

Plan Holders are responsible for either revisiting website prior to the due date to ensure that they have any addenda which may have been issued after the initial download.

The Plan Holder shall certify its acknowledgment of the addendum by signing the addendum and returning it with its Bid. In the event of conflict with the original contract documents, addenda shall govern all other contract documents to the extent specified. Subsequent addenda shall govern over prior addenda only to the extent specified.

The extent of the work is approximately as follows: Removal and replacement of concrete infrastructure at various locations throughout the Town of Parker. Work includes, but not limited to; 3150 lineal feet of curb and gutter, 2,100 lineal feet of curb, gutter and sidewalk, 3,800 square yards of sidewalk, pavement, cross-pan and handicap ramps. The Town shall have the option to renew this contract for subsequent years (with price adjustment).

Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the time fixed for closing them. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, to waive technical defects accordingly as the best interest of the Town may be served, may reject any and all bids, and shall award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder as determined by the Owner.

The Centennial Water & Sanitation District is requesting Proposals for Construction Manager At-Risk (CMAR) services for the Joseph Blake Water Treatment Plant Phase 1B Improvements Project, in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

The Project consists of a new chemical building, site-wide electrical improvements, a below grade access corridor for chemical piping and other utilities, modifications to the forebay, and other miscellaneous plant improvements.

Notice of Final Payment/Final Settlement Sterling Ranch Community Authority Board Notice is hereby given that at 9:00 am. On Monday, May 1, 2023, the STERLING RANCH COMMUNITY AUTHORITY BOARD shall make final payment and settlement to the following contractors in connection with all services rendered, materials furnished and for all labor performed in and for the referenced project:

1. Advanced Concrete Construction in the amount of $186,597.66 pursuant to the contract for work performed in Sterling Ranch Filing Nos. 3 and3B for trunk and in-tract improvements installed under the contract dated December 1, 2022.

Any person, individual, corporation, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust estate, trust, limited liability company, partnership, association or other legal entity that has furnished labor, materials, sustenance, or other supplies used or consumed by a contractor or his or her subcontractor in or about the performance of the work contracted to be done or that supplies laborers, rental machinery, tools, or equipment to the extent used in the prosecution of the work whose claim therefor has not been paid by the contractor or the subcontractor may, at any lime and up to and including the time of final settlement for the work contracted ID be done, file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of the claim.

All such claims shall be filed with the Sterling Ranch Community Authority Board, 9350 Roxborough Park Road, Littleton, CO 80125 on or before the above-mentioned dale and time of final settlement.

Failure on the part at a claimant to timely file a verified statement of the amount due shall relieve the Sterling Ranch Community Authority Board from any and all liability for making payment to the claimant.
