EVANS located at 8404 PIONEER TRAIL, PARKER, CO 80134, was sold at the foreclosure sale conducted by the Douglas County Public Trustee. The sale number is 2022-0113. The amount the property sold for exceeded the total amount owed to the lender, MIDFIRST BANK, by $341,918.33. This amount is now owed to REXFORD D. EVANS less the cost of this publication notice.
