NOTICE OF MAIL BALLOT ELECTION FOR PROPOSED BUCKLEY CROSSING METROPOLITAN DISTRICT NO. 2

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN and particularly to the electors of the proposed Buckley Crossing Metropolitan District No. 2 (“District”) of the City of Commerce City, Adams County, Colorado.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Court ordered organizational election for the District shall be held on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. The election is being conducted as an independent mail ballot election. The ballots will be mailed to the eligible electors of the District no earlier than 22 days prior to the election (October 11, 2021) and no later than 15 days prior to the election (October 18, 2021). The estimated operating mill levy for the first year following organization (2022) is 10 mills and the estimated debt service mill levy for the first year following organization (2021) is 50 mills. The estimated fiscal year spending for the first year following organization (2022) is up to $1,000,000 for operations.
