Pursuant to an Order of the District Court in and for Adams County, Colorado (the “District Court”) on the 21st day of September, 2021, notice is hereby given that there was filed in the District Court on the 17th day of September, 2021, a Petition for Organization (the “Petition”) of Triangle Logistics Center Commercial Metropolitan District (the “District”), pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of §§ 32-1-301, et seq., C.R.S.

The purposes of the proposed District is as follows: To provide a part or all of various public improvements necessary and appropriate for the use and benefit of all anticipated inhabitants and taxpayers of the District and to provide all services set forth in § 32-1-1004, C.R.S., subject to the limitations set forth in the Service Plan.
