NOTICE OF VACANCY ON THE BOARDS OF DIRECTORS OF PAINTED PRAIRIE METROPOLITAN DISTRICT NOS. 1-12
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, and particularly to the electors of the Painted Prairie Metropolitan District Nos. 1-12 (the “Districts”), City of Aurora, Adams County, Colorado.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 32-1-808, C.R.S., that one or more vacancies currently exist or will exist on the Boards of Directors of the Districts. Any qualified, eligible elector of the Districts interested in serving on the Boards of Directors for the Districts should file a Letter of Interest with the Boards by 5:00 p.m., on Friday, October 1, 2021.

NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED 2022 BUDGET AND 2021 BUDGET AMENDMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the proposed budget for the ensuing year of 2022 has been submitted to the Aurora Single Tree Metropolitan District (“District”). Such proposed budget will be considered at a special meeting and public hearing of the Board of Directors of the District to be held at 8:30 a.m. on September 23, 2021. In order to preserve the health, safety, and welfare of the public in light of the imminent threat caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, this meeting and public hearing will be held by teleconference only. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that an amendment to the 2021 budget of the District may also be considered at the above-referenced meeting and public hearing of the Board of Directors of the District. A copy of the proposed 2022 budget and the amended 2021 budget, if required, are available for public inspection at the offices of CliftonLarsonAllen LLP, 8390 East Crescent Parkway, Suite 300, Greenwood Village, Colorado. Any interested elector within the District may, at any time prior to final adoption of the 2022 budget and the amended 2021 budget, if required, file or register any objections thereto.
