As part of the reorganization, SCL Health’s longstanding affiliate Integrity Health, which includes Platte Valley Medical Center, would be integrated as a secular division of the Intermountain Health system. Additionally, SCL Health - Front Range, Inc., which includes Lutheran Medical Center and Good Samaritan Medical Center, would be reorganized under the same secular division of the Intermountain Health system alongside Platte Valley Medical Center. Proposed Flood Hazard Determinations for the City of Aurora and Unincorporated Areas of Adams County, Colorado, Case No. 22-08-0618P. The Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) solicits technical information or comments on proposed flood hazard determinations for the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM), and where applicable, the Flood Insurance Study (FIS) report for your community. These flood hazard determinations may include the addition or modification of Base Flood Elevations, base flood depths, Special Flood Hazard Area boundaries or zone designations, or the regulatory floodway. The FIRM and, if applicable, the FIS report have been revised to reflect these flood hazard determinations through issuance of a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR), in accordance with Title 44, Part 65 of the Code of Federal Regulations. These determinations are the basis for the floodplain management measures that your community is required to adopt or show evidence of having in effect to qualify or remain qualified for participation in the National Flood Insurance Program. The Court, before it can terminate the parent-child legal relationship, must find that a continuation of the relationship is likely to result in grave risk of death or serious injury to the child or that your conduct or condition as a parent renders you unable or unwilling to give the child reasonable parental care.
YOU ARE FURTHER ADVISED that you have the right to have legal counsel represent you in all matters connected with the Motion to Terminate the Parent-Child Legal Relationship. If you cannot afford to pay the fees of legal counsel, you are advised that the Court will appoint legal counsel to represent you at no cost to you upon your request and upon your showing of an inability to pay.
YOU ARE FURTHER ADVISED that a grandparent, aunt, uncle, brother or sister of the child must file a request for guardianship and legal custody of the child within twenty days of the filing of the motion to terminate parent/child legal relationship.
