Metropolitan District
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been filed with the Board of Directors of South Beebe Draw Metropolitan District (the “District”), Adams County, a petition praying that certain property, which is described below, be included into the boundaries of the District. The owners of one hundred percent (100%) of the property identified in the petition have given their consent to the inclusion of the property into the District’s boundaries.
Pursuant to § 32-1-903 CRS, as amended, the District’s meetings may be conducted electronically, telephonically or by other virtual means. Accordingly, notice is hereby given to all interested persons that they shall appear at a public hearing to be conducted virtually at 4:00 pm on Friday, January 27, 2023 and show cause in writing why the petition should not be granted. RE: Sheriff’s Sale of Real Property pursuant to Order and Decree of Foreclosure and C.R.S. 38-38-101 et seq.
