What do you like most about it? I love the weather…four seasons but not severe, and lots of sunshine. Walk up to and through your home pretending you are a Buyer. It helps to see all of the “stuff ” that is

not drawing the Buyers’ attention and they can focus on all of the good things about your house. What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy a house? Think about, and make a list of what you do want, what you don’t want, what you must have and what you definitely do not want. It helps your trusted Realtor find what you will like and save you time. Your list may adjust throughout the process, but it is a great start. What is the most unusual thing you’ve encountered while working in Real Estate? It seems that there are always new and different things to learn from and adapt to, and each new client brings new relationships and personalities.
