10c. Chief Deaver presented the Public Safety 2nd Quarter Report that included calls for service from the Colonial Beach Volunteer Fire Department and Volunteer Rescue Squad.

10d. Ms. Okes presented the 4th quarter Financial Report.

12b. Town Center Audio and Video Upgrade

Town Council denied full audio and video upgrade due to cost.

14a. Pursuant to Virginia Code § 2.2-3711(A)(1), for discussion of duties of specific public officers and appointees of the Town Council, including the Town Clerk.

14b. Pursuant to Virginia Code § 2.2-3711(A)(3) for discussion or consideration of the acquisition of real property for a public purpose, or of the disposition of publicly held real property, where discussion in an open meeting would adversely affect the bargaining positions or negotiating strategy of the Town Council.
