REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS New Business 10a. Election of Vice Mayor Kenneth Allison was elected as Vice Mayor for 2023. 10b. Liaison Assignments - Mayor Schick made the following assignments: Mayor Schick - Administration Caryn Self Sullivan - Planning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals & Housing Authority Tom Moncure - Public Safety Kenneth Allison - Parks & Recreation Advisory Commission and Finance Vicki Roberson - Schools David Williams - Economic Development Rick Wood - Public Works and Non-Governmental Organizations 10c. Resolution #01-23, Established Town Council Meeting Schedule The first and third Wednesdays of every month at 6:00 pm were established as dates and times for Town Council meetings with the exception of July 5th, 2023. 10d. DRAFT, Resolution #02-23, Adoption of 2023 Bylaws and Rules of Procedure The Town Attorney and Town Council discussed amendments to the current bylaws and rules of procedure. Item set for council action on Jan 18, 2023.
