COLLIERS INTERNATIONAL NEW ZEALAND RURAL & AGRIBUSINESS
OUR APPROACH The profitability of agribusiness and export growth has lead to a change in the traditional family-farm model in rural New Zealand. Smaller farms have amalgamated into large enterprises where highest-value land use, operating efficiency and profitability are paramount. Buyers of rural real estate are sophisticated investors who demand a high level of detail when considering opportunities. Colliers International brings local expertise, global reach and a corporate approach to rural real estate. We leverage the enterprise and experience of our team, while drawing Collier International’s national and global networks. We work with rural land and business owners, matching investment opportunities with leading domestic and global investors. We also offer vendors in-depth understanding of the primary sector, from on-farm operations and funding structures through to key industry participants and current regulatory issues.
We look beyond the farm gate to connect local and global level to bring you the best buyer. We have the expertise and resources to ensure your investment is best represented in the market.
