The sales reflected yields ranging from 4.42% for a pharmacy in Cardiff through to 7.19% for an office building in Maitland, with buyers both local and accessed from our national platform.

There have also been a number of higher capital value transactions that we look forward to announcing in due course, with the result being hundreds of buyers with budgets from $500,000 to $50 million still looking for investment options.

The appetite for property is not restricted to investment options, with the rent/ buy equation driving appetite for vacant possession assets, whilst the continued growth across our residential market driving demand for residential development options.
