Camp Gladiator Boot Camp

Experience the impact of group boot camp fitness where amazing workouts, certified personal trainers, and an incredible community come together to help you reach your full fitness potential. Each outdoor camp is a 60 minute, full body boot camp workout incorporating both cardio and strength exercises. Every workout is different! Zumba

Zumba is an exciting, energizing interval workout combining elements of fitness with exhilarating, international rhythms. The classes move between high and low intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance. No class Jan. 16.

Co-ed Sand Volleyball League

A sand volleyball league for every recreational skill level. This league is designed to cultivate friendly competition in a fun and safe environment. The league will have six weeks of regular season games, followed by a single elimination tournament. Recreational rules apply. Free agents are welcome but not guaranteed a spot unless an existing team needs an additional player or a new team can be formed.

Yoga Flow

Each month begins by exploring the alignment of poses, breath work, and meditation. Class begins with warm-up poses that allow you to stretch deeper and ends with cool-down poses to release muscles, allowing a deep relaxation. Each class adds poses, creating a fun flow, synchronizing with each breath. No experience necessary, class is designed to provide options for all levels.

Kenpo Karate

COBRA Defense: Police Academy for Civilians

A co-ed, five week police academy for teen and adult civilians. Class includes tactics and methods taught to law enforcement and professional bodyguards. Great for realtors, medical personnel, college bound students, and others who work or travel alone. This is not a martial arts program, no uniforms or belts. Pavilion Rentals

Pavilions are available for rent at City Park, Colleyville Nature Center, Kimzey Park, McPherson Park, and Sparger Park. Rentals include picnic tables. The Colleyville Nature Center is the only pavilion with a grill.

Online reservation requests can be submitted online but must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the reservation date. In-person reservations can be made through the Parks and Recreation office, Mon.-Fri., 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For more information, to check availability, or to submit an online reservation request, please visit www.colleyvilleparksandrec.com.
