Quest after school programs provide quality care and activities that support a seamless transition from the school day to after school, by providing a safe, family-like atmosphere of continued learning, play and positive peer interaction.

HERE WHEN YOU NEED US We understand the challenges after school care presents to working parents. The Quest programs are open immediately following dismissal until 6 p.m. throughout the school year. We are also open from 7:45 a.m.

- 6 p.m. for most School holidays, early arrival days as well as fall, winter and spring breaks.

Our low counselor-to-student ratio fosters the hands-on interaction our students need when doing homework, participating in activities or simply playing after a challenging school day. We foster the intellectual, moral, emotional and physical development of each student in an after school setting.

Kinder

KINDER QUEST Kinder Quest was uniquely designed for children age JK-Kindergarten. Our students engage in the same exploratory play they experienced during the day. Our goal is to keep our youngest Cougars entertained while encouraging success, as they transition from the school day to after school.

COUGAR QUEST The original “mothership,�

Cougar Quest is located in our state-of-the-art facility in lower Luck Hall. Full of art work, comfy couches and multiple spaces for play and peer interaction, Cougar Quest is a wonderful place to transition from school to after school before going home. Cooking, reading, acting or study hall, in addition to special Friday activities, makes Cougar Quest a favorite with our students in Grades 1-4.

Kinder

MIDDLE SCHOOL QUEST Crossing over the bridge to Middle School also means transitioning from Cougar Quest to Middle School Quest. Developed for our oldest Quest students, this program has a special emphasis on getting a jump on evening homework with the assistance of a study skills coordinator, hired to guide and supervise these Middle School students. The fun kicks in after the hour-long study hall, with opportunities for students to play ping pong, gaga ball, basketball, read, do crafts or just chill. Understanding not everyone needs after school care, there exists a study hall-only option for those who seek assistance in getting homework completed before heading home for the evening.

ACTIVITIES

After school isn’t just fun in Kinder Quest, Cougar Quest or Middle School Quest. Activity Quest is an after school enrichment program open to Lower and Middle School students, Grades K-6. Students have the opportunity to participate in any number of activities, like swimming, cooking, archery, sports and Legos to name a few.

The activities are diverse and meet any interest. These programs are taught by Collegiate teachers and various experts from the Richmond region.
