PAC Rental Information COA’s Performing Arts Center, one of the largest state-ofthe-art performance venue in northeastern North Carolina, seats approximately 1,000 guests and is available for rental.

The PAC, located at COA – Elizabeth City, is ideal for a variety of functions and occasions, including: Ceremonies
