Career Day
Career Day is a cornerstone of Natolin’s Career Services, embodying our mission to equip students with the tools to excel in the European and international job markets. Reflecting the interdisciplinary nature of the European Interdisciplinary Studies (EIS) programme,it represents the culmination of our comprehensiveoffer,linkingacademicknowledge, capacity building, and campus experience. Career Day combines panel discussions on sector-specific career paths with a career fair and a micro-mentoring process, providing students with direct con-
tact with potential employers. More broadly, Natolin supports graduates through a fourpillar approach: strong academic foundations (EIS) shaping their professional orientation; skills development (Capacity Building Programme – CBP) that enhances their competitiveness through practical, expert-led training; networking opportunities via high-level events; and dedicated Career Services guidance,together preparing competitive candidates ready to thrive in the European and international labour market.
