EVENT SUMMARY Chaotic Vanities is a fashion show extravaganza presented in collaboration with Project Runway All-Star & College of DuPage Alumna Peach Carr. This show will celebrate College of DuPage fashion design and the 50th anniversary of the College of DuPage and the College of DuPage Foundation. VIP access will include an exclusive meet & greet and reception, premium swag bag and more. Individual VIP tickets are $175; regular individual tickets for the show only are $75. The runway will showcase creations of acclaimed designers who support the College of DuPage fashion design program, elite College of DuPage alumni designers, and select College of DuPage student designers. Proceeds will benefit College of DuPage Foundation student scholarships, including fashion design scholarships.

The College of DuPage and Foundation are celebrating 50 years of providing educational and cultural opportunities to the District 502 community. The future strength of the College of DuPage depends on generous and visionary donors including alumni, parents, friends, faculty, staff and retirees, and community members. Each year, the College of DuPage Foundation awards over 700 student scholarships, in excess of more than $400,000.
ABOUT THE FASHION PROGRAM AT COLLEGE OF DUPAGE: Fashion presents a wide range of career opportunities for creative individuals who combine business savvy with talent, ambition and ability. The Fashion Studies program at College of DuPage allows students to focus on both the creative and business sides of the industry. Through coursework, students build skills in design, visual merchandising, production, retail management, and entrepreneurship and go on to careers as designers, pattern makers, seamstresses, theater costumers, product developers, and more.
ABOUT PEACH CARR, PROJECT RUNWAY ALL-STAR & COD ALUMNA Peach Carr burst onto the fashion scene as a cheeky, self-taught designer from Chicago on the hit reality show Project Runway (Season 8 and All Stars Season 2). Drawing from her 60’s and 70’s childhood, Peach finds inspiration for her designs from the music, art and vibe of those eras. When designing, Peach always asks herself, “Would Edie Sedgewick wear this?” Dubbed “Country Club Chic” by Tim Gunn, Peach designs for the woman who likes to be on trend, polished and comfortable. Peach’s pieces range from bold, wrinkle-free day wear to chic evening looks. All of her collections are made in Chicago by women and everything is machine washable. List of notable clients include “Real Housewife of NY” Alex McCord, “Real Housewife of NJ” Dina Manzo, Linda Yu, Leanne Trotter and Chicago’s own actress/writer Nora Dunn.
