Amber’s Green Beans
Ingredients
● ½ lb. Fresh green beans ● Olive Oil ● Minced Garlic ● Salt
Preparation
1. Heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil in pan on low to medium heat 2. Rinse and de-stem green beans (this step can be done before) 3. Place beans in pan and stir them around until each are coated with olive oil 4. Cover the pan for 5 minutes 5. Return to the pan and put 1-2 tablespoons (or however much to your preference) 6. Sprinkle beans with salt 7. Stir all ingredients for another 5-10 min 8. Serve and enjoy (goes well with salmon ��)
