Hot Dog

This is not a recipe. But it’s good.

My favorite place to go in spring in Ohio is Hotdog Heaven (which Ramon called hotdog hell, because he said they were full of cholesterol).

I buy beef Ballpark franks and make a rough approximation of the infamous Slaw Dog right here at home to kick off spring.

● 1 hotdog. ● Tons of coleslaw on top of the dog. ● Tons of Stadium Mustard (Cleveland ballpark kind, you can get online). ● And: jalapeno relish.
