If you say that someone has a cando attitude, you acknowledge they are confident and willing to deal with problems and/or new tasks, rather than complaining or giving up. In other words a person with a cando attitude will be able to roll with the punches, be resilient and be proactive. There is a difference between attitude and skill. The first is a reflection about the way a person behaves based on motivation and personal values and the desire, whereas as the latter capabilities that we are able to do and deliver that we learnt through training or experience. The key point for us is that the cando attitude can help us in work, school, and social situations. If we look at situations in a positive light, we can open ourselves up to new opportunities and challenges.

Give young people an opportunity to dream, experience and expand their horizons and aspire to be all that they can.
What is required from the business host? The day will be approx. 4 hours Host will Meet and Greet the student and explain what your company does and what you do. Discuss what they want to do in the future and how they see themselves getting there.
What to do on the Day? Tour Facility Take the student on a tour of the facility or branches introduce them to key personnel.
Meeting Allow the student to sit in on a team meeting.
Team Up Set them up with a relevant Team Member to buddy them for an hour or two showing the student what they do in the industry, potentially a tradesperson or professional doing their normal activities. The student could have an opportunity to do some hands-on activity if available.
Reconnect Meet up with the student potentially over lunch to see how their day went and what discuss their thoughts.
What is required from the student? Turn up Dress appropriately and be ready for a great day Have a positive attitude Ask questions Have fun Most importantly, take your smile!

The successful candidate will be responsible for: overseeing the general welfare of students for the entire duration of their undergraduate career at Campion College, and assisting students in their transition into life after Campion, as alumni, and their continued connection to Campion. REAL ESTATE LICENCES NOW LIVE IN SERVICE NSW BUSINESS PROFILE With properties in NSW in high demand, it is now easier than ever for businesses to stay on top of their staff’s real estate and property licences. Minister for Fair Trading Eleni Petinos said real estate and property service companies could now use their Service NSW Business Profile to check and manage licences to easily stay on top of compliance obligations. “The real estate and property sector is worth around $24 billion annually to the NSW economy. With more than 25,000 real estate licence holders, it is critical to ensure real estate agents’ licences are up-to-date and easily accessible,” Ms Petinos said. “The licence manager tool uses data from the public register of licence holders to notify a business owner when an employee’s licence is cancelled, surrendered, suspended, expiring soon or expired. “This allows business owners to easily manage these essential compliance checks and spend more time focused on running and growing their business.” Businesses can also stay on top of construction and trade licences through the Service NSW Business Profile, making it easier than ever to track the accreditation of sub-contractors and employees. Minister for Customer Service and Digital Government Victor Dominello said the Business Profile made it faster and easier for businesses to manage business licences and applications for grants, voucher programs and more.
“As a modern and customer-centric government we are committed to giving business owners the support and tools they need to thrive and the Service NSW Business Profile provides a smart and secure digital gateway for transacting with government and managing their business,” Mr Dominello said. Businesses can learn more or sign up for a Business Profile at www.service.nsw.gov.au/business/business-profile.
