Sept 05 Paws in the Pool 7th Annual Paws In The Pool from 10am - 4pm • $10.00 per canine, humans are free • Only handlers 18+ are able to swim with their canines. • Families with children under 18 are welcome to enjoy the green space • All participating canines must be well socialized, in good health and provide proof of current vaccines to enter the event. • All proceeds go directly to the care of animals at the Lethbridge & District Humane Society

Sept 10 9th Annual Step’n Stride

Enjoy fun, friendship, games, music, lunch & walking with friends at our ‘Family Picnic’ themed fundraising event, for the Parkinson Association of Alberta.

Sept 16 Citizen Walk About 2021

Come down and help support individuals with disabilities & their families. This year, help us celebrate ‘Our Disability Journey’ with a peaceful walk from City Hall to Galt Gardens. Enjoy a BBQ in the park as we share our inspiring message to create a more inclusive community.

Sept 18 Terry Fox Community Run

Let’s continue YQL’s contribution to the Marathon of Hope. Register yourself or a make a team and raise both funds and awareness for cancer research. Dogs on leashes are welcome.

Sept 24-25 Indigenous Entrepreneur Trade Show and Competition

Join us at the Lethbridge Exhibition South Pavilion. Event runs from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily. World-Class Competition Powwow with $50k plus Prize Money. More than 50 Indigenous Arts and Entrepreneurship Booths plus a Fashion Show. Bring you resume - we have 15 of our top employers.
