Not only he is a very professional and efficient man, he has been a great leader on the market and I have no doubts he will for the years to come. He has gone above and beyond to help my family and we greatly appreciate his efforts.”
Felix S“Paul helped me find, buy, and remodel my condo almost 10 years ago, and he made the entire process so effortless (and actually enjoyable) that I have recommended his services to my friends and family ever since. Earlier this year I had to move to New York for work, and I was faced with the task of finding a suitable renter for my place in less than two months. I had my hands full with the move and I needed a property manager ASAP, so the first thought that came to mind was calling Paul. I’m glad I did, because he was able to get my place up to code and rented for top dollar before the two-month deadline with little to no effort on my behalf. It’s been 6 months since I moved and I’m still adjusting to the new job and environment, but It’s nice to know that I am at the other side of the country and I don’t have to worry about my property in San Diego AT ALL because Paul is on top of it. Needless to say, I would recommend Paul for all of your real estate needs because frankly there’s nobody better!”
Christian L.“I cannot be more thankful with Paul, he got the house we were looking for so long, after many failures with other realtors, I don’t have enough words to express our gratitude. What we specially loved, the sincerity and involvement in the process. He is a great professional, and a wonderful person too.”
Julieta G.“Purchasing a home with the help of Paul was a smooth tranquil transaction. Paul was extremely patient, he thrived ensuring we purchased the RIGHT home for our family. Our complete satisfaction was Paul’s main concern, he didn’t stop working until we found the perfect home for us. Definitely recommend Paul, for his honesty, transparency throughout every step, and accessibility. Thank you Paul!”

Introducting Lamborghini’s first series-production hybrid: the Revuelto. According to a press release, it “continues the Italian super-sports-car company’s V12 heritage, taking it into a new, electrified future.” Stephan Winkelmann, Lamborghini Chairman and CEO, hailed the hybrid plug-in supercar as “born to break the mold,” with its unique combination of a 12-cylinder combustion engine and hybrid technology powered by three electric motors. “[It strikes] the perfect balance between delivering the emotion our clients want with the necessity to reduce emissions.”
Two front axial-flux motors help deliver an outstanding weightto-power ratio, with a radial-flux electric motor positioned above the first eight-speed double-clutch gearbox. Three electric motors are powered by a lithium-ion high-specific-power battery that supports a fully electric drive mode — meaning the Revuelto can go from 0-100 km/h in only 2.5 seconds, with a top speed of 350+ km/h. The supercar also introduces electric torque vectoring and four-wheel drive in fully electric drive mode.
Lamborghini considers the Reveulto “the very first HighPerformance Electrified Vehicle, or HPEV.” The 6.5-liter V12 engine is capable of producing 814 hp and 535 lb-ft of torque by itself, while a 3.8-kWh lithium-ion battery pack powers the electric motors; it can deliver at low revs and turn the Revuelto into a purely electric car, thus reducing overall CO2 emissions by 30% compared to the Aventador Ultimae.
The design of the Revuelto evokes the iconic Lamborghini V12 cars of the past throughout its shape, while the new proportions point toward the future. The Reveulto aesthetic includes elements of the 1971 Countach prototype, with its SpaceAge-era style and vertically opening scissor doors. Aerospace elements blend with more beast-like muscularity, from the sculpted surfaces and Y-shaped signatures, to the cockpit’s carbon-fiber profile with “space-ship” design and 8.4” vertical

Sustainability and waste reduction efforts have become modus operandi of Lamborghini. All paints used for the Revuelto are water-based, and its upholstery materials limit waste without affecting the “hand-made” quality craftmanship embroidery. The upholstery combines fine leathers with the ultralight Corsa-Tex microfiber, made of recycled polyester.
Revuelto offers the most potential for personalization, with bodywork colors and other options. Owners can customize interior by opting for a mix of leather and Corsa-Tex or by favoring just one material, and 70 color options are available.
Artfully crafted carbon fiber is the principal structural element within the Revuelto, used not only in the aeronautics-inspired
chassis and frame, but also for many elements of the bodywork. Made out of carbon fiber and Lamborghini’s patented forgedcomposite material, the chassis is 10% lighter and 25% stiffer than the Aventador’s. The extensive use of carbon fiber and lightweight materials, combined with the potent engine power, contributes to achieving the best weight-to-power ratio in the history of Lamborghini: 1.75 kg/CV.
With its unique architecture, cutting-edge chassis approach, aerodynamic design and hybrid powertrain, the Revuelto can maximize the electric motor support and introduce new driving modes, including electric 4WD, for a total of 13 different driving experiences. “Revuelto takes a significant step forward in terms of reactivity and responsiveness to ensure the most emotive and natural driving in every environment,” explains Rouven Mohr, Lamborghini Chief Technical Officer.
The Revuelto closes out a chapter of gasoline-powered V12 cars for the luxury automaker, and opens a brand-new chapter of sustainable supercars. Deliveries will start late 2023.

Grab a glass of carmenere and fire up the grill to make yourself “asado,” because this month we are visiting Coldwell Banker Nueva Las Condes, located in the bustling capital city of Santiago de Chile.
Also serving as the headquarters for the Coldwell Banker Chile network, celebrating its official launch this month, the office is already home to dozens of agents setting the Coldwell Banker standard of excellence for all of Chile. “I come from a family where real estate was their primary focus, and even though I am an engineer, I always knew I would come back to the family business,” notes Managing Partner Pablo Benchoa. He continues, “having the opportunity of building a worldwide brand in Chile was a challenge that motivated me to join the Coldwell Banker brand worldwide. We see great opportunity in Chile and hopefully soon we will be #1 in the market.”
With a third of the country’s population residing in the capital, there is endless amounts to see and do, but we also recommend you venture through the whole country, visiting the lakes in Patagonia to the South, the beaches of the
Pacific Ocean to the West, or the Andes Mountains flanking the country’s border to the East. Additionally, the country is the sixth largest producer of wine in the world. Santiago itself is located so that you can surf in the Pacific Ocean easily one day and finding yourself skiing in the Andes the next. Beautiful parks and historical sites are present throughout Santiago, including the home of Nobel prize winner, poet Pablo Neruda. With so much to see and do, it’s no wonder Santiago is a major South American destination for travelers and investors alike.
“Chile has been called ‘the Switzerland of Latin America’, both because of its beauty but also because it is a very stable market and with great projections for the future,” shares Managing Partner Javier Macchi, “it is a great destination for business and leisure, and with low credit rates and plenty of opportunities, it is definitely a choice to invest in real estate worldwide.”
