Mary Beth Kellee has been a licensed real estate agent and a key player in the San Diego real estate market since 1998. In 2017, Mary Beth received the San Diego Metro Agent of the Year Award, which recognizes real estate agents who display the "highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and cooperation". In 2018, Mary Beth was also recognized by San Diego Association of REALTORS® (SOAR) as one of the top producing real estate agents in San Diego and was awarded the Silver Recognition of Excellence. Known to many as a Master Connector, Mary Beth has a unique ability to network and introduce likeminded entities to join in a common mission.

Philip Fredricksen joined forces with Mary Beth in 2013 after many years practicing law in tax, business, and real estate matters. His experience with family law is particularly helpful in cases involving divorce or trust concerns, where he may help resolve conflict among interested parties and negotiate for the fairest outcome.

Today, they work together seamlessly as a team, with diverse and overlapping skills that let them efficiently "divide and conquer" all the elements of each home sale.
