MEET JASON HAAR

I’m a Real Estate Agent /Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker West, part of The Haar Team since 2017. We primarily do business in San Diego, where I was born and raised. I am involved in coaching Little League for my son, stick ball, tennis, and Over The Line.

Our goal is to provide an amazing experience for our clients while maximizing their financial gains wherever possible. The Haar team is comprised of me and my mother, Joanne Haar. After growing up in San Diego, coupled with Joanne’s background of 20+ years as an appraiser and 11 years as a Real Estate Agent, we are a top source of local knowledge in San Diego county. We team together to make sure all of our clients needs and wants are met. We are strong negotiators with extensive background and training on sales/ negotiation techniques that help us get offers accepted or help us maximize a sellers potential profits.

I believe someone’s home is where memories will be made and is also a great vehicle for financial wealth and independence. I love helping people find their dream home, sell their home in a seamless process for maximum value, and achieve their financial goals. The only way I can do that is because people just like you refer me to friends, family, and colleagues.
