Getting Started
There will be roughly three different ways you’ll enter/need MoxiImpress:
Auto-generated Marketing Materials Via Email
When you have a new listing hit the MLS, you’ll receive an email with a marketing package from MarketingAutomation@imprev.com on behalf of CB MoxiImpress. This email will be generated anytime something warrants a change with your property (price change, under contract, just sold, etc.). The email will have (3) main parts:
Part 1: Quick Actions
These are numbered sections with a particular marketing design. They’re usually the most requested items for the property action that occurred. Below, you’ll see the three options at the top of the email are: a price reduced social media post graphic; a price reduced ePostcard design (that has 3 photos on it); and a jumbo price reduced postcard (mailable).

To use these quick action options, click the preview button on the email. This will bring up the image in a new web tab. From here, you can right-click on the image with your mouse and then click Save Image As. We recommend you name the image something that will make it easy to distinguish what it is (such as 2398 Pack Saddle Price Change Social). Pay attention to the location that it is saving on your computer (or choose a location). Then click Save.
For printables, such as the mailing postcard, when you click on the Preview button, it will open an Adobe PDF tab. From there, you can download the file. This is a print-ready file and can be sent to PBR as-is for printing.
Part 2: Full Marketing Package

This section has additional marketing components that were auto-generated for your listing.
These work similarly to the Part 1 items. You’ll save and share them the exact same (just hit the Preview button).
Part 3: Additional Marketing Tools

This is a full suite of marketing tools that work like the other sections. Click Preview (or IDX if you want to see the interactive example for the applicable items).
NOTE:
MoxiImpress is a marketing tool that will autogenerate, and allow you to produce, marketing materials.
It is not an analytics tool, and will not provide any stats on your marketing efforts.
For that, please see ListTrac or the individual platform in question (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Google Analytics, etc.).
Editing automated listing materials
If you notice something in one of the automated marketing materials that you want to change or fix, you’ll have to log into MoxiImpress through MyCBDesk.com.
Your dashboard will list your automated listings. There’s three options for you to choose from (sometimes): Manage, View Projects, and Re-send Latest Marketing Guide Email.
Manage: This pulls up the information for your listing (originally from the MLS). Here, you can do a number of things, including:
• Add or remove images,
• Change details about the property,

• View the current marketing projects,
• Create a new one,
• Create a marketing kit,
• Re-send the latest marketing guide email,
• Share the listing on Facebook.
View Projects: This pulls up the complete list of marketing items created for the automated listing.

From there, you can hover over an item and click the trashcan to delete, or the arrow to move the item to a project folder (fancy way of organizing your items).
If you want to edit one of these items, click on it. You’ll be brought to a screen where you can do the following:
• Publish an item as a web page (so you can send a direct link to the item),
• Download as a PDF,
• Download as an Image,
• Email,
• Send to your Xpress Docs account,
• Preview/Edit/Delete
• View links & email history
Re-Send Latest Marketing Guide: This will only show up on a few of the automated listing items, and appears last (after Manage and View Projects).
This literally resends you the email with your listing documents. You’ll get a green confirmation after it has been sent.
creating new materials on MoxiImpress
If you need materials for a property that isn’t listed within the Cheyenne MLS, isn’t on the market yet, is an office exclusive, or you need something after regular business hours, you may want to jump into MoxiImpress and create marketing materials for your listing!
From the main dashboard, you’ll want to click Create New Project.
The Design Gallery will pop up, and you’ll be prompted to pick a product or design to start with. You can review products & tasks at the bottom (the easiest way to find what you want) or browse for inspiration with the thumbnail pictures at the top.
Click on the item you’d like to create—in this instance, we clicked Brochure. The next screen will bring up a lot of different styles and types of brochures. NOTE: Pay careful attention to the brand of the product. You’ll notice some items branded specifically for Global Luxury (those are for listings $750k and above). The name of the item will give you an idea of what the brand is.

A box will pop up that allows you to view the sample or select the design to edit.
Info Section:
After you click Select This Design, you’ll need to enter a Project Name and Description (use the property name in both areas if needed). You can enter an MLS ID number to help populate items, or just select, “No thanks. I do not want to use listing data when creating this project.” Click Save and Continue.

You’ll be taken through a series of pages where you’ll enter photos, text and agent info. Each time, you’ll need to enter the information, then click Save and Continue to advance to the next section.
Photos Section:
Click the + button on a box to add a photo. You’ll be prompted to find the image on your computer, or look through previous project photos and/or Dropbox.
Once a photo is uploaded, you’ll have the option to: Zoom In (magnifying glass), Delete (trash can), Replace (two blocks switching), or Crop (cropping tool).
Doing any of these won’t change the original file.
Text Section:
You’ll enter all the information about your property manually here. Depending on which design item and layout you chose, the information will be in sections. You can see which section corresponds to what place within the design by looking at the layout on the left.

Agent Section:
Ensure your information is correct (you won’t be able to change your name or email. See Marketing if this information is incorrect). By clicking Save and Continue here, you’ll be brought to your project overview page for what you just made! IF you want to get back to this, you can click on the Projects tab in the header.
