Ordering replacement parts or new accessories for your Cold Jet equipment has never been easier than with Cold Jet CONNECT. Simply click on the “Request Parts” link in the menu and you will be directed to a part & accessory catalog specific to your machine model.
1. Access machine’s Cold Jet CONNECT site
2. Navigate to CONNECT Analytics* from the menu
3. Enter machine’s unique authentication code for access
(If you don’t have your machine’s authentication code, please use the “To request an authentication code, click here” link.)
GET TO KNOW ANALYTICS
Quickly access machine data and analytics, view monthly usage reports, create custom reports, export data for business intelligence platforms, and receive preventative maintenance service reminders and historical service records.

REGISTER PRODUCT WARRANTY
Once you have accessed Cold Jet CONNECT, simply navigate to “Warranty Registration” from the menu and fill out a quick form to register your product’s warranty.
