The Colderove Wine Time concept provides simple and effective ways to: • Serve Calderove wines in the best possible way, and with the most possible knowledge. • Suggest and serve the ultimate in authentic Italian aperitif wines. • Prepare, suggest, and serve all the appropriate finger food, ranging from cold cuts, to fish and even vegetables, to combine perfectly with our wines and/or and infinite variety of aperitifs. • Offer and sell wines to take away by the bottle. • Provide a home delivery service, which thanks to our specially created containers, allows the customer to receive their choice of our wines at the right temperature and ready to serve. • Display on-site communication materials and marketing props created specifically for the purpose of preparing and providing your wine service. • Ensure appropriate training for your wine sales personnel.

COLDEROVE WINE TIME
The Wine Time concept comprises three parts • Set-up 1: service of wines and preparation of cocktails. • Set-up 2: Preparation and service of finger food. • Set-up 3: system and materials for take away and home delivery service.
Space required You don’t need much space to fit the wine time concept in your bar. Set-up 1: fit in a normal bar work station area. Set-up 2: fit in the back-office space you need only 3.50 squarefeet (a small table). Set-up 3: for this it’s sufficient to display the bottles and a small supply of packaging for the deliveries.
