eating ‌just better than the cooking is the eating Healthy local Breakfasts of home baked bread, our own granola and jams, eggs from our hens. Informal dinners a couple of nights a week. Pizzas from the wood fired oven, eaten in the salad garden. When we eat, everyone eats together. Friends from day one.

We start with the history and spirit of the existing. We think about landscape, sunset, outlook, how it feels. Our shower block; green oak and cedar. Fantastic view, lots of light, lots of air. Fresh. People just hang around talking. …and ‘the bwthyn’. 200 yrs old. Former croft. Got a fire and a ghost. Best tiny pub in the world.

Our big tent goes up when we need it. Where we need it. It can hold up to 100 people. People talking , listening, dancing, eating, getting married. In the big tent people are more open, more engaged, less inhibited. not a reception room, not a conference room, not a theatre. It’s a (magical) big tent.
