Annual Village Cleanup Are you ready to begin to planning for our Annual Cleanup? We are requesting your presence and ideas. This can only be as effective as we are as community. Please come out and spread the word to your neighbors and friends. Remember this is “OUR” village!

As we move progressively in a forward motion, I realize that the “IMPACT” we leave on this village has everything to do with the collective and/or positive footprints left behind by us! We were pleased to have a few more ribbon cutting ceremonies during the last several weeks. First, after literally years without the use of our police department elevator and not being in compliance we received a grant to repair it. Secondly, we refurbished the courtroom and have officially named it the “Dr. Irene H. Brodie Courtroom”. Through continued networking, I was able to have obtained two vehicles at no charge. These vehicles were donated from the City of Country Club Hills and the South Suburban Mosquito Abatement District. Many thanks to those agencies for their continued support. Lastly, we are in the planning stages of retro-fitting/ installing LED bulbs in all of our Village owned street light poles. So as we continue to set our paths on forward motion remember; The lift of every man’s heart is upward evolution is life’s greatest and most joyful privilege; to lend ourselves ourselves each to the each to the other as an inspiration to gander living is life’s highest ministry and reward.
