Last year we took 30 Prep children to Italy on Cokethorpe’s first ever Prep Ski Trip. It was such a great success, we want to do it again!

Voss Hostel
The hostel sits on the shores of lake Vangsvatnet, looking across to Gråsida Mountain.
All rooms have ensuite bathrooms.
Hostel facilities:
• Ski storage with drying room
• evening activity rooms
• buffet-style breakfast with organic produce.
• Students can put together their own packed lunches from the breakfast buffet
Ski equipment provided… Boots, skis, poles and helmet are hired in resort. They are fitted by experienced and knowledgeable ski technicians
To fit equipment correctly we will need the following:
• Height and ski experience determines ski length of skis
• Weight is used to set ski bindings so skis release efficiently during a fall
• Head circumference to make sure helmet fits securely
Ski Clothing Essentials
Reliable suppliers are Decathlon, Go Outdoors and Trespass. Or all items could be borrowed, hired bought second-hand.

Ski School
Children will have 5 hours of ski tuition per day. Lessons are taught by qualified, English-speaking instructors and are fun yet safe.
