Welcome to Untold Festival, the number 3 festival in the world!! It is a major electronic music event held annually in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Since its inception in 2015, Untold bring thousands of people every year to celebrate music, typically it features a diverse lineup of international DJs and artists spanning various genres, including electronic dance music (EDM), house, techno, and more.

We are extremely excited to have you joining us this year for this extraordinary partnership.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO CONSIDER AT THE ENTRANCE?

You will receive a ticket from us, which you can simply scan at the entrance and receive your wristband. Please bring an ID with you.

TRANSPORTATION

Welcome to Untold Festival, where the music never stops and the adventure is just beginning! To make sure your journey is as smooth and exciting as the festival itself, here's everything you need to know about transportation options in Cluj-Napoca.

Arriving at the Festival

AIRPORT - HOTEL TRANSFERS

You'll land at Cluj Avram Iancu International Airport, which is just 9 kilometers from the festival grounds. From there, you can hop on our shuttles.

Look for someone with a signage “Believing is Magic". We will provide also a transfer back to the airport based on your departure time. You will receive info while in Cluj.

HOTEL - FESTIVAL TRANSFERS

We will inform you about the shuttle buses timetable to get in and out the ﬁelds daily via our community app.

REGISTRATION

You will need to provide via your contact people from Coke Studio the info regarding your stay.

HERE THE ASK:

Create content pre ��, during ⏰, and after ⏳ Untold Festival to be shared via your Social Media channels �� to engage your followers, sharing Coke Studio passion for music �� while enjoying Coca-Cola.

OBJECTIVE:

Celebrate the fusion of global music culture �� by promoting the Coke Studio X Untold experience, driving engagement, and spreading the word �� about the special edition Coke Studio sessions at Untold.

MAIN FOCUS POINTS:

• Drive traffic to the Coke App ��

• Build the behaviour of meeting with friends ��, listening to music ��, and drinking Coca-Cola

• Build association with the music industry ��

POSTING SCHEDULE:

• Pre-Event: Build anticipation with teaser posts, countdowns, and behind-the-scenes preparation. ⏳

• During the Event: Share real-time updates, live performance clips ��, and interactive content. ��

• Post-Event: Recap the highlights, share your favourite moments ��, and thank your followers for joining the journey. ��

DELIVERABLES:

• 5 sets of IG stories, 3 frames each wave, 1 set before, 3 sets during and 1 set after the festival ��

FESTIVAL TICKETS

With your ticket you get: tickets access to the festival site during opening hours on Friday 9 August, Saturday 10 August and Sunday 11 August 2024.

Your ticket includes two nights (breakfast included) and three days at: Wyndham Hotel Cluj

Check- in time: 15:00 , but depends on your arrival time early check -in might be available

Check-out time: 12:00

Please note that during the Untold period late check-outs will not be possible.

Breakfast time: 6:45– 11:15

Storage luggage: is available with limited capacity, but alternatives for storage will be available during the festival period

Time of gym and pool opening : 9:00– 22:00

Time of restaurant and bar opening : 10:00– 22:30

Parking on the property costs 20 euros/day, subject to availability.

SAFETY & SECURITY

Entrance Security:

Anyone entering the festival site will be required to undergo a body check for prohibited items. Here and in the house rules you can ﬁnd information about what items are permitted and prohibited on the festival site.

Risk of Spiking Drinks:

Spiking is when someone puts alcohol or drugs into another person’s drink or body without their consent or knowledge. It could happen to anyone, but is low risk situation, just always be careful on festivals when strangers offer you drinks. Everyone should feel safe to enjoy themselves without worrying about being spiked. However, there are steps you can take to help reduce the risk of spiking, whilst keeping yourself and others safe.

• Watch out for your friends and look after each other.

• Never leave your drink unattended.

• Be cautious if you are bought or given a drink – consider only accept drinks from people you know and trust.

• Be wary if people are reaching over your drinks.

• Alert staff immediately if you see anyone acting suspiciously around your or someone else's drink.

• If you or a friend feel unwell, seek help from staff or call an ambulance immediately.

If you assist to any strange situation where you think someone is not safe, please advise someone of the festival’s staff.

RUCKSACKS AND BUMBAGS

Aside from personal clothing, permitted items are only allowed on the festival site when carried in a belt or bumbag, a small handbag up to a size of DIN A4 or a see-through rucksack/clear bag up to a size of 44cm high x 37cm wide x 30cm deep.

There will be no exceptions to this!

Please understand that this measure is designed to protect everyone. This helps with the thorough entry checks and searches, as does attendees arriving on time at the entry to the festival site.
