Peggy Gou is set to headline a special Coke Studio event in Puglia this August 2024. The renowned DJ, singer, and record producer is part of the Coke Studio 2024 roster.

TRANSPORTATION

Welcome to Puglia, where the sun is shining and music is the soundtrack of your days! To make sure your journey is as smooth and exciting as the festival itself, here's everything you need to know about transportation options in Puglia from Bari Airport.

AIRPORT - HOTEL TRANSFERS :

You'll land at Bari International Airport-Karol Wojtyla, which is about 50min driving from Valle di Itria where the hotel is and the event take place.

Look for someone with a signage “Believing is Magic"

We will provide also a transfer back to the airport based on your departure time. You will receive info on site.

HOTEL - EVENT TRANSFERS

It is provided a bus back to the hotel, info about the time will be shared later.

HERE THE ASK:

Create content pre, during, and after the event to be shared via your social media channels �� to engage your followers, sharing Coke Studio's passion for music �� while enjoying Coca-Cola.

OBJECTIVE:

Celebrate the fusion of global music culture by promoting the Coke Studio X Peggy Gou experience, driving engagement, and spreading the word about the special edition Coke Studio.

MAIN FOCUS POINTS:

Build the behaviour of meeting with friends �� , listening to music ��, and drinking Coca-Cola.

Build association with the music industry ��

POSTING SCHEDULE:

• Pre-Event: Build anticipation with teaser posts, countdowns ⏳ , and behind-the-scenes preparation ��

• During the Event: Share real-time updates ��, live performance clips ��, and interactive content ��

SAFETY & SECURITY

Entrance Security:

Anyone entering the event site will be required to undergo a body check for prohibited items. Here and in the house rules you can ﬁnd information about what items are permitted and prohibited on the event site.

Risk of Spiking Drinks:

Spiking is when someone puts alcohol or drugs into another person’s drink or body without their consent or knowledge. It could happen to anyone, but is low risk situation, just always be careful on concerts and festivals when strangers offer you drinks. Everyone should feel safe to enjoy themselves without worrying about being spiked. However, there are steps you can take to help reduce the risk of spiking, whilst keeping yourself and others safe.

• Watch out for your friends and look after each other.

• Never leave your drink unattended.

• Be cautious if you are bought or given a drink – consider only accept drinks from people you know and trust.

• Be wary if people are reaching over your drinks.

• Alert staff immediately if you see anyone acting suspiciously around your or someone else's drink.

• If you or a friend feel unwell, seek help from staff or call an ambulance immediately.

If you assist to any strange situation where you think someone is not safe, please advise someone of the local staff.

RUCKSACKS AND BUMBAGS

Aside from personal clothing, permitted items are only allowed on the event site when carried in a belt or bumbag, a small handbag up to a size of DIN A4 or a see-through rucksack/clear bag up to a size of 44cm high x 37cm wide x 30cm deep.

Please understand that this measure is designed to protect everyone. This helps with the thorough entry checks and searches, as does attendees arriving on time at the entry to the festival site.
