Baker Furniture is excited to announce Milling Road, a magnetic new collection conceived by one of today’s most influential stylemakers – Kara Mann. The collection embodies her signature winning style … a balance of edgy yet sophisticated … that is tailored to Baker’s highest handcrafted standards. Milling Road is sophistication reimaged.

Born from the sand and polished by the wind, Desert Bloom is the beauty of nature’s extremes. The new Spring 2016 collection is inspired by desert terrain, drawing upon drier textures with bold patterns. Organic and classic devices offer layers of depth and create movement, reflecting sun-baked wild flowers. Striking yet nuanced colors are introduced through the collection, featuring saturated jewel tones, sunset combinations of pinks and corals, and vibrant greens. Elaborate textures and innovative compositions fully express the mood of this timeless collection.

Quintus, Suite B519

Tai Ping, Suite B400

Création Baumann expands and develops its existing linen range with the Linen & Friends Collection. The new collection is designed to be light and subtle, earthy and powdery in color and in the combination of materials. The delicate inspired color palette captivates with light wood and earthy tones, alongside tantalizing tints in green, midnight blue, warm grey and subtle powder shades in pastels. Orion … a highlight in the collection … combines the contrast of a soft linen background with metal threads of embroidery, generating a fascinating interplay of textures. Available in five linen colors which combine neutral shades with metallic threads in gold, silver and copper.

This March, Tai Ping Carpets debuts Bloom, a collection of 14 handmade wool and silk rugs designed in collaboration with Jeff Leatham. Inspired by Leatham’s love of flowers and passion for design, Bloom features vivid colors … blues, yellows and pinks … in fine wools and sumptuous silks. With Bloom, Leatham and Tai Ping move into a new dimension to create a graphic balance of forms and color.

Three core elements, two Lounge Chairs and one Side Table, create four configurations of furniture that fits; Linear, Jagg, Concave and Convex. Designed in Los Angeles by Alwy Visschedyk exclusively for Summit.

Raise The Caliber® Lighting Collection: Bringing the Topic of Gun Violence to Light. Ask any Detroit resident what a pendant lamp has to do with making neighborhoods safer and there’s a good chance he or she won’t know. Ask Joseph Jeup, however, and you’ll get a much different answer. That’s because the Raise The Caliber® Lighting Collection was created for that specific purpose … to make Detroit safer by helping to get illegal guns off the streets. Designed by Joseph Jeup, Inc. as part of the Raise the Caliber® initiative, each lighting fixture in the collection is hand cast in bronze and etched with the serial number of a gun that might otherwise have contributed to needless violence.

A. Rudin, Suite G172

Innovations, Suite M20

Marnie’s aesthetic for her eponymous design studio, Marian Jamieson Furniture & Lighting, has remained consistent: poised, artful pieces that are at once sleek and textural, meticulously finished. She works collaboratively with local artisans in a range of production processes; sculpting, carving, lathe turning, machining and finishing techniques such as water gilding, patination and lacquering. The scope of the collection is a reflection of our fascination with various techniques and a strong curiosity to seek exposure to more.

Drawing from the vibrant folk art of India, Innovations’ new Rangoli pattern reinterprets traditional motifs made of sand and flower petals into colorful printing on metal foil. A durable Type II vinyl wallcovering, Rangoli’s iridescent diamonds fill a space with modern glamour, the drama of a large-scale and, according to local custom, good luck.

Robert Allen, Suite B499

Fabricut, Suite B470

Robert Allen presents Drenched Color, a color-soaked collection of crushed reds and inky blues inspired by the intense, saturated hues achieved through natural dyeing methods. The fabric line embodies the concentrated colors present in organic materials like berries, bark and roots. Patterns range from the globally inspired, like ikat and ogee motifs, to the geometrically influenced, such as interlocking latticework and graphic chevrons … all with the common thread of arresting color and unstudied beauty.

An unparalleled collection of exclusive trimmings, Stroheim’s Leading Edge Trimmings celebrates the evolution of the decorative border. Marked by statement wide widths … ranging in widths from 3” to 6 1/4”, luscious embroidered and appliquéd details along with sumptuous velvet textures, these 13 wide tape designs have been constructed using extensive handwork making each a true artisan creation. See this new collection along with Stroheim’s new wallcovering collection at Fabricut.
