Elevating your Editorial Strategy Sarah Harrelson, Editor in Chief, Cultured Magazine Join Sarah Harrelson for an inside look into the world of editorial content and making the most of your media and magazine relationships. Sarah Harrelson has been covering design, art and architecture for more than a decade. Her career spans fashion, entertainment, design and art titles, with editorial roles in New York, Los Angeles, and Miami. Prior to becoming the Founder and Editor in Chief of Cultured Magazine, she was the editor in chief of Ocean Drive Magazine and Art Basel Magazine. In 2002, she founded the Miami Herald’s Home&Design Magazine, where she was the Editor in Chief for six years.

Harrelson also serves as the Editor in Chief of Bal Harbour Magazine and the Editorial Director of Venice Magazine. She has been quoted in the New York Times as an authority on design as well as many other news outlets. Harrelson is also active in philanthropic endeavors, mainly as board member for the last six years at the Bass Museum of Art.

Legal Insights David Minacci, Prosecuting Attorney for the Board of Architecture and Interior Design David K. Minacci serves as the prosecuting attorney for the Board of Architecture and Interior Design and is Board Certified in Construction Law by the Florida Bar. Follow David as he offers legal insights from his more than 15 years of experience in collections and bankruptcy law, business litigation and real estate. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1995 and to the State Bar of Georgia in 1996. He joined Smith Thompson in 2002 from the Department of Management Services where he was Director of State Purchasing. Previously, he served as acting director of the Division of Professions, deputy general counsel and executive director of the Florida Board of Professional Engineers while employed with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. His presentation will serve as a wealth of information for all design professionals and industry enthusiasts.
