Testify! The Daughters Podcast from IJG Church in Langen Germany

In January 2021, something powerful began stirring in the hearts of the women at IJG (Internationale Jesus Gemeinde) Church in Langen, Germany. Following an extraordinary move of God—marked by healings, miracles, deliverances, and an undeniable outpouring of the Holy Spirit—the women’s ministry sensed a divine prompting: Do not keep this to yourselves. Testify! Move out from behind your church walls and tell everyone!

In January 2022, that prompting became The Daughters Podcast, a Spirit-led platform birthed to share real testimonies of what Jesus Christ has done in the lives of women in our local church and beyond.

Now in Season 6 as of February 2025, we are still in awe of what God has done. What began as a local ministry effort has become an international source of encouragement. One of our episodes, which focused on the joys and challenges of living as a single Christian woman, has reached nearly 60,000 listeners. We could never have imagined such an impact.

The heart of The Daughters Podcast is simple: to strengthen the body of Christ through open, honest, and Spirit-filled conversations. Our topics range from prayer, church fellowship, and walking in step with the Holy Spirit, to studying and living out God’s Word. Most episodes feature women from our own church community who share powerful, personal testimonies of transformation, breakthrough, and hope.

The fruit of this work has been overwhelming. We have heard from listeners around the world who have been touched, challenged, and renewed in their faith. Even more humbling, some have shown up at our Sunday services, drawn by the testimonies they heard on the podcast, asking for prayer and believing for a miracle of their own.

Through this podcast, we have seen that the gospel still reaches people right where they are—whether in their homes, their cars, or across continents. Every story, every episode, is an offering of hope, a declaration of God’s faithfulness, and a continual giving of glory to Jesus Christ.

We are incredibly thankful for the dedicated and Spirit-filled team behind The Daughters Podcast. This team includes Laurie Prentice, Daniela Esau, Ornella Pfaff, and Leena Loop, along with our invaluable tech team, Mathias Esau and Julian Pfaff, who handle cameras, lighting, sound, editing, and post-production—all on a volunteer basis.

Each episode is recorded with open hearts surrendered to the Holy Spirit. We do not work from scripts, but trust in a free-flowing conversation, knowing that the Lord always breathes life into what is spoken. It is a holy partnership, and he always shows up.

We are honored to serve in this way, and we give all the glory to Jesus Christ. May this testimony encourage others to step out, share boldly, and trust God to take their “yes” and reach multitudes. To him be all the glory!
