General presbyter of Africa, Bishop James Kolawole, directed morning prayer. The Africa national bishops joined him on the platform to pray.

Dr. Cathy Payne presented the Mission Church Awards and Recognition. For the full list, see the 2024 Assembly Journal.

Bishop Nathaniel Beneby, Jr., boosted the morning offering, and the Assembly Mass Choir sang three songs. The Worship Team sang, after which Bishop Coalter recognized them for their anointed worship during the Assembly. He also thanked Chad Lambert for his work with the Assembly Mass Choir.

After the closing of his message, Bishop Coalter invited the Fred Fisher family to the platform. Bishop Coalter read a brief biography and offered a moment of honor for former General Overseer Bishop Fred S. Fisher, who passed away this year.

Bishop Coalter made special recognition for those who had transitioned out of leadership in the IO, the Assembly Task Force, and John Payne. He also asked the general presbyters to recognize those who were retiring or had passed away from their areas.

Executive Director of Finance and Administration Bishop Daniel Felipe announced the Assembly was “paid-infull.” He also acknowledged the apostolic leadership of Presiding Bishop Tim Coalter and presented a gift of appreciation from the Assembly.

Bishop Coalter expressed his appreciation and announced the Assembly would return to the Rosen Shingle Creek in 2026. The presiding bishop and general presbyters announced the 2024–2026 appointments. For a full list of appointments, see pages 42-43 and/or the 2024 Assembly Journal.
