Our Scientia core range is made from medium-density fibreboard (MDF), an engineered wood, by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into wood fibres. It is a flexible material that shapes well with stable dimensions, so it will not expand or contract like solid wood does. This elevates the sophistication of our products, providing the luxurious appearance of solid wood while ensuring the preservation of our precious natural resources.
