Girls Football at Bidford Juniors Football Club We are excited to announce as well as our Wildcats football training for 5-10 year olds we will now be delivering Squad Girls Football Training sessions for girls aged between 11-15. Avon Almanac following the amazingly successful launch of this publication in March it is now available from the Village Cafe in Bidford-on-Avon and Hillers in Dunnington. The Jolly Teapot is run by the Bidford Community Group and provides a safe place to meet for tea, coffee, biscuits and cake on a

weekly basis, every Thursday from 10am - 11:30 at the Church Hall, St Laurence’s, Bidford. We only ask for a £1 donation to help towards the hall hire costs. We also arrange summer outings and have guests speakers or entertainment on a monthly basis, free.

The Greig Hall, Alcester, is an ambitious new charity. We urgently require regular volunteers to help with the day to day running of our amazing community venue. Vale of Evesham Camera Club The Club exists to encourage a lively and discerning interest in photography, by any means available, including talks and lectures with practical demonstrations, discussions, outings, competitions and more. Members can exchange ideas, compare methods, and generally to learn from each other’s experiences, special interests and techniques. New members are always welcome and there is a place in the club for anyone with an interest in photography, beginner or expert, young or not so young. For those new to photography there is an extensive source of help and advice available, if desired. Meetings are held either online or at the Friends Meeting House, Cowl Street, Evesham WR11 4PL at 7.30pm for a 7.45pm prompt start on most Monday evenings from September to May with summer get togethers when organised. Prospective members may attend up to three consecutive meetings free of charge and without obligation.

Evesham & District Music Club organises mainly Chamber Music concerts in and around Evesham. Members enjoy a substantial discount on concerts – seven this season. Vale Connection Ladies Chorus We are looking for new members for our a cappella chorus. Come along to one of our rehearsals to try it out for free with no obligation. We are a friendly group singing a variety of songs. No experience is required and you do not need to be able to read music. Badsey WI Meetings are held on second Wednesday of each month at the Memorial Hall, Badsey at 7.00pm. We usually have a speaker followed by tea and cake. Visitors welcome.

Evesham Youth Coaching Clubs We offer an extensive range of football and coaching activities for children between the ages of 2 and 15. Our Fun Coaching clubs help develop the skills of children with varying abilities in a fun, structured way. Working with local schools for out of school clubs, we will shortly be opening several indoor and outdoor activities in Evesham & surrounding villages. Evesham Youth Coaching Club provides a beneficial opportunity for children to learn various skills involving sports, teamwork, learning, and more, as well as boosting confidence and self-esteem. Noncompetitive sessions offer a relaxed environment, and also work well alongside competitive sports sessions for those looking to further improve their skills.
