The Dog/The Cat Program

APRIL SAULINE miracle/alex/sophie April Sauline is excited to make her debut performance on the Cockroach Theatre Company’s stage, but she is no stranger to the Las Vegas Valley Theatre scene. You may not recognize her from her most recent performance as Polignac/Ms.Sause in Marie Antoinette at Majestic Repertory Theatre thanks to the award-winning costume and wig design, but you may recognize her from her role as Amy in Company at Las Vegas Little Theatre for which she won the 2018 Valley Award for Best Supporting Actress in a musical.

Some of her other credits include Young Frankenstein (Ensemble), The Odd Couple (Florence), A Little Night Music (Petra), Absurd Person Singular (Jane), Little Dog Laughed (Ellen), Den of Thieves (Boochie) & Avenue Q. A huge thank you to Matt Morgan for giving me the opportunity to take part in shaping the songs and scenes for this US premiere.

YALE YAENDEL scenic designer Yale Yeandel’s unique and detailed sets have been bringing shows to life throughout the Las Vegas Valley since the mid-1990’s.

He has designed the environment for productions from UNLV to Spring Mountain Ranch and from College of Southern Nevada to the outdoor refugee camp he created in the middle of Sandy Valley’s back roads. Some of his favorite sets have been “Pump Boys and Dinettes” at CSN, which was heralded as the “real star of the show”, Front Page and Trojan Women at UNLV, and Moby Dick at New West Theater. Yale’s most recent work includes Las Vegas Little Theatre’s “The Motherf**ker with the Hat” and “A View From the Bridge”, which was nominated for the Las Vegas Valley Theater Awards Best Scenic Design. He currently works at Le Reve where his scenic painting, set and prop work can be seen five nights a week. Yale and his wife Jennifer, are proud cat parents who are certain that Seamus O’Purry McWhiskers will be the next big internet sensation.
