Hubert de Boüard, Sémillon
Medium greenish yellow. On the nose, delicate aromas of yellow pear, meadow herbs and blossom honey with some candied orange zest. The palate has discreet acidity, notes of green apple and a hint of guava on the finish.

Clairet de Bordeaux, Château Grand Tuillac
Clairet is a deep-coloured rosé, or light red, with tannin and structure. This example is 100% Merlot which is fermented on skins for 12 hours. The wine is fresh and fruity, with sour red fruit and a vegetal note.

Château Joanin Bécot, Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux
Made from 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc, this is a tangy and juicy red with orange-peel, dark-cherry and currant aromas and flavors. Expressive blackberry, black plum fruit and minty notes add lift and complexity.

Cerons, Domaine du Salut
Aromas of candied and roasted fruit and notes of citrus and tropical fruits. A palate that is voluptuous and full-bodied with a dynamic finish. This sweet white wine has a minimum aging of 18 months in concrete.

Clos de Lunes Lune D’Argent, 2018
Intense, complex aromas of exotic white fruits and citrus, with floral notes of linden and acacia. Rich, intensely fruity palate. Lemony freshness of Sauvignon paired with the exotic sweetness of Semillon. Minerals and salinity on the finish.

This wine is tight, focused and beautifully integrated. Fresh and vivid with herbal aromas (fynbos). The palate has flavours of grapefruit and ripe tropical notes. Fresh acidity, textured body, and a long, focused aftertaste.

For those looking to experience a 100% Cabernet Franc wine from Bordeaux, search no further. This well priced, mediumbodied, forward, easy drinker offers plenty of ripe plums, flowers and a hint of peppery spice, with soft tannins.

Aromas of sweet spices, dried plum, lavender and sage, opening to some vanilla and chocolate notes. Great concentration and intensity, with ripe black fruit, smooth, round tannins, good acidity and a long, lingering finish.
